Happy Halloween/Birthday

Bells dressed up as the cutest Pooh Bear ever! Halloween is also Zakys Birthday and he turned two years old. Bella helped mom to bake his cake and then also helped Zaky to eat it! She loved it, although daddy was not a fan of the mess, lol! But we had our bath after and had a great day overall!

Update

Well the surgery went well...but no help with the head aches. Everything went super smooth but it wsa worse than he thought so he did as much as he coud and we are going to be having a more extencive one here shortly. Once we figure out what is causing the headaches. I had a few brain MRIs done today but they all came back normal....so once again we are at square one, and i am in horrible pain. Wishing i could sleep, eat or go an hour with out blacking out!! I just wish the doctors would figure something out!

Matt is in school and it is to early to tell if he likes it yet, but he is going so that is a start!!

Bells is growing like a weed, has her own little personality, well big personality, and rolls like crazy. She trys so hard to crawl and gets so mad that she cant! I love her!!!

I have been realy bad at this blogging thing. But our lives are pretty boring. HHMM lets see....

Matt is still working full time for AIRE and is starting school on Monday (also full time) So i will officially be a single mom. Bells and i are going to miss him so bad. We love our daddy so much, he is silly.

And Bells...well she is growing and growing. She is teething right now (even though she is only 4 months) so she has been grumpy and drooly. She loves to talk and will scream as loud as she can and just stop and laugh at herself. She is a true mommies girl but thinks her daddy is funny to! She laughs and laughs and has the biggest smile for a baby. She rolls and rolls, loves to suck her thumb and has almost got the crawling thing figured out. She has been eating rice cereal for a month now and has just recently started on green beans. She is not to sure what to think of those, but loves to use the spoon.

As for me, as some of you probably know, i have had the most horrible head aches for 2 months. After many tests and searching i found a new doctor that told me and showed me how full of tumors and infected my sinuses are. The ones in my fore head are so full and swollen, they are more than double their normal size.I just had surgery on them in May just after the baby was born but that doctor did not do his job fully. I am having a big surgery on Friday with this new doctor and because of the last doctors neglect, it will be rough. I am a little nervous where matt is going back to school and i wont have the help with the baby so i am praying i heal fast so i can get back on the mommy train by monday, and that this is the cause of the headaches and i can fnally sleep and think again.

Other than that, our lives are same ole same ole.

New ones!

Here are a few fun pictures that we have taken lately!! What a silly girl! She is not 2 and a half months and is 11 pounds and 25 inches long!

She has a new toy thingy....that she can sit in and spin with toys to play with on it, but she is still to little for it. Its funny how tiny she is still even though she looks bigger and bigger everyday i get her out of her crib!

New Shades!

Today I bought Brooklyn her first pair of shades at the Disney store (mommys favorite). As you can tell she is so thrilled! LOL! She actually did really good with them, she wore them for about 5 minutes before she was like OK WE ARE DONE! She usually throws a fit the minute you put anything on her head, which is a shame cause she has such pretty hair for bows and headbands. She better grow out of this dont touch my head thing!

I want to be like Uncle Rayce!

Last week Brooklyn and I took a three day mommy and daughter trip to Idaho Falls to stay with friends Ashley, James, and baby Kylie before they move to NC next week. While we were there my cousin Sadie took some photos of Brooklyn. Here are just a few of our favorite ones!

Boring!

OK our lives are pretty boring. We literally do nothing but feed and play with the baby, and if we are lucky, sleep. Life is wonderful so we cant complain! Here are new pictures:

Long Weekend

This weekend was a packed full one. Brooklyn had her first Cystic Fibrosis walk and fundraiser to go to. It was fun to take her out in her stroller and show her off to all of my CF friends and doctors here and of course to support a great cause! Right after the walk we loaded into the car and drove the four hours to Shelley. She was such a good baby and slept the whole trip. Grandma came along to babysit while mom and dad were in the line for Ben and Colleen's wedding reception. We had a blast sharing their special day and were so happy to be a part of it. Congrats again guys! Not to mention how good it was to see all our friends and of course to show off our cute baby!

On Sunday we drove up to Rexburg to see Ashley and James and to meet baby Kylie! She is so so cute. I dont beleive mine was ever that little, and its only been a month. It was fun to see the new parents, and i am proud of how well they are doing! We are so happy for them and are so sad that they are moving a long ways away! I cant wait to go back up this June and see them again before they go! Congrats again to them and thanks for letting me come cuddle that cute girl!!

New Pictures

New pictures that we have captured here and there with our cell phones. She is such a cute little turd and she is the best baby. She never crys and loves to sit up and look around. She wont sleep if she thinks she might be missing something! We love her so much!

One month

Brooklyn is officially one month old. It has been the best month of our lives. We are still very tired but loving every minute we get to spend with her. Grandma Curtis is here everyday to give her loves. We are gettign faster at the diaper changing and bottle making, Brooklyn is getting better at burping but still has not figured her nights out, oh well for now. She is very healthy and Daddy has only dropped her once. He was sleeping with her on his chest and let her roll right off. It feels like she has been here forever and we cant live without her, she is the light of our lives. One month down, 215 to go! LOL!

Grandma Karens Visit!

Our special little family was lucky enough to have Matts biological mother Karen, come stay three whole days with us! It was an awesome weekend! It was everyones first time meeting in person and things could not have gone better. We spent the weekend bonding and of course loving and cuddling the baby girl! Karen taught Matt how to use a pattern and to make his own shirts. He is excited to be able to sew clothes for baby Brooklyn now. We got to go see Matts grandmother also on mothers day and took pictures with 5 generations in them! Very special. We were so happy to have Karen here and cant wait to have her back!
